Fall—, the season to feel thankful, give back, and spend time with the community. Fall Fest is a great way to cherish Mont Belvieu, hangout with friends and uplift others. This tradition has brought the community together for years. Starting Saturday, October 18, 2025, Fall Fest celebrated its 36th year on The Hill. The festival has made so many memories these past 36 years.

Diving deeper into Fall Fest, it is a fundraiser to spread the word about being “Drug Free”. This festival holds many experiences, such as silent auctions, raffle baskets, food stalls, and pie contests. Meanwhile, younger kids can participate in coloring contests, carnival games, face painting, bounce houses and more.
There’s so much to do and see, it’s a very enjoyable time for everyone.
“My favorite part about Fall Fest was hanging out with my friends, and getting to do all the fun games and activities,” senior Barbers Hill student Valeria Hernandez said. “Since it’s my last year, I really enjoyed this as a kid” she claims, “so this was so much fun”. Fall Fest is fun for all ages! From PreK to high schoolers, and even senior citizens. This is a place to see people of all ages enjoying themselves and others.
Not only does Fall Fest involve the town, but it also engages with the students of Barbers Hill. Art classes are able to collaborate with Fall Fest to make shirt designs that are later voted in to become the design for that year.

People can buy the shirts in all sizes for 5 dollars each. With this year’s theme being “Candy Land,” students brought the spirit to life and creatively portrayed something sweet to capture our hearts. The slogan his year, “Life is Sweeter Drug Free.” was incorporated into art pieces by students.
“This year is my first year here, I would go to Fall Fest again.” New student Kia Ora Ward said.” It was a great way to spend time with my family and raise money for the school.” This tradition is one of a kind and never fails to impress Mont Belvieu citizens annually. Overall, Fall fest was a huge success this year. Hope you had a fun time this Fall Fest and if you didn’t go, don’t be afraid to grab friends or family and join it next year. Cheers to this year and many more to come.
